Looks as if there is damage to the right side fender. Is it missing? And the roof? Looks bad. Maybe an overweight mother in law is inside[emoji4]

All I can say is that speed was reasonable for a driver with good visibility. Look closely at him; looks like he's straining his neck to see over the bundles.
I consider this unsafe in a busy campground. And totally avoidable. He could have emptied out some of what was filling the other seats and trunk (more firewood?) before fetching these bundles. Or he could have waited until the camp hosts came by with firewood, which the hosts here did frequently.
It's possible that he drove a mile or more like this. There were two or three private sellers of firewood just outside the park boundary. His speed between there and the campground likely would have been higher. And regardless of his speed, law enforcement would have had a good reason to ticket him.

I don't know if you've ever ridden a large remote gravel road like this (well, I think it's now mostly paved), but damage to your vehicle from thrown rocks is a very real possibility. I've ridden the Trans Taiga and Trans Labrador on my motorcycle, and have been hit with some seriously painful rocks thrown by truckers who couldn't be bothered to slow down for oncoming traffic. I don't think I'd go as far as that guy, but it's really not as ridiculous as it looks.
And after my experience on the Tran Lab, I mounted headlight guards for the Trans Taiga, and ended up with a large dent in the guard, which would have almost surely broken my headlight.
/sorry, off topic

I travelled the AlCAN highway for years and living in Canada has lots of gravel roads. And have driven on my motorcycle enough to know that bees sting like gravel.
I have seen some of the weirdest contraptions on the the Canadian Highways but that takes the cake.

Oh definitely a weird contraption... but I can understand their line of thinking on it.

I need that in Florida. Every new vehicle I have bought down here has received at least 1 new windshield in the first 6 months.

The truck owner should have polished it and put it into storage if he didn't want any possible damage driving it.
