a 2003 Expedition 116000 miles. Also well maintained & in great condition. Hitch, equalizer & sway bars included.

It was on Craigslist - Dayton OH area. It's been sold and I think somone got a real deal.

since you live in the heart of the RV industry, i'd say that $15500 for an '07 23B is way too much.

i got my '07 Roo 23SS NEW for $14,500. for what they're asking for, you could buy a new Roo for only a $1000 more at RVW, RVD or House of Camping.

as far as the Expy, that sounds too much for that, also.

so, no, i don't think either is a deal.
