Tire life when stored indoors.

Looking at a fifth wheel that has spent it's life stored indoors. Does that extend the tire life?

Not only the tires but other components such as roof, siding, awnings, etc. If the tires were exposed to sunlight for extended periods while the unit was being used however (such as a seasonal site), that will take it's toll without tire covers.

In my humble opinion, I would never go beyond the 5 years of use from date of manufacture on an ST tire. Just not worth the risk of a tire failure, do to the damage it could cause to the trailer.

I know a LT tire or car tire should be replaced between 6 and 10 years after manufacturing. With 10 years being the maximum life span of a tire, if this is a daily used tire for driving.

Maybe. It depends on whether or not the tires were kept properly inflated inflated, among other factors.

And many experts agree the lifespan of the rubber compounds in tires is only six years (I've also seen seven) regardless of the physical appearance of the tire: https://www.edmunds.com/car-maintena...our-tires.html The date of manufacture of the tire is on the sidewall.
