Titan flame fireplace sounds

I'm new to the RV life, just got a Flagstaff 29rkws TT.
My electric fireplace, TitanFlane WF series seems bit finicky.
I'm hearing a slight grinding sound? Is that normal to try resemble sound fire or should it be silent?
Its brand new.

Grinding sound might be from motor shaft turning that makes the flame effect. If the heat is on, it might be the blower motor.

There was another thread where the electric fireplace was noisy. They really are very simple devices with not much to them. He took his out and lubricated the motor shafts to solve the noise problem.
