We took our first, brand new camper out two weeks ago. We are just a little guy (19 feet total length), but as we passed a semi at about 65 mph in eastern CO, I put on my turn signal to get back in the right lane and got the flashing lights from the the semi. I got to flash back and felt like I belong. Ahhh to tow...

Word of caution, if you constantly tow at 65 mph, expect some future tire problems regardless of being a little guy with a 19 footer. 65 is MAX on st tires.

I to love to tow there's something about the challenge of it and getting to
Play with the rig setting up in a new spot is fun as well.

Well, yes and no.
Please see the following info on Goodyear Marathon ST tires from Goodyear:

Personally, I usually chug along right around 100 Kph (approx 62 mph)

Do I enjoy towing our 831RLBSS?
Well, that's not an easy question to answer.
I don't fear it, but my setup is fine tuned to it so that takes all the white knuckling and whatnot out of it.
I don't like trying to wangle my way in to tight fuel stops. I could do without that.
I like carrying our rest stops and nightly accommodations with me wherever we go.
I guess I could say yes I enjoy it, but it's not the purpose of the trip.
Someone asked about CB usage. Yeah, it's still out there. Sometimes I listen to it and grab a few good bits of info. Other times I turn it off because of too many motormouths and foul language. The quantity (and quality) of traffic on the air varies from region to region.

I have always enjoyed the trip as much as the destination. DW wishes she could blink her eyes and be there (like Jeannie). A lot of times it can be more relaxing than when not towing because we have given ourselves plenty of time to travel.
