The drop you are talking about sounds like the standard trailer hitch insert drop down bar that you can buy at any auto parts store, Walmart, and many other superstore retailers.
Looking at the size of your trailer, the specs put the GVWR at 4786 lbs, which if your hitch weight is only 10% is 475 lbs. The length is 21 ft. (data on website).
You will most likely need a 2 5/16" trailer ball, and your weights put the trailer at the very top end of those drop down hitches.
I would recommend that you look into buying a weight distribution hitch with sway control.
You don't mention what your tow vehicle is, many of those are maxed out between 300-500 lbs with a standard hitch, even if the cargo carrying capacity exceed that weight.
If you purchase the standard hitch, you may find yourself later wishing you had weight distribution and sway control, but if you purchase the right hitch up front, you will never tell yourself you bought too much.
The difference is like trying to play basketball with the right shoes versus playing in a pair of dress shoes.
You now have my opinion.
