tongue jack

Tonge jack only operates under battery power. Does not operated when trailer plugged into electric or when attached to vehicle? All fuses appear to be good... Suggestions?

Tell us which RV you have and which tongue jack you have.

Having said that, The RV should have a battery connected all the time even when connected to shore power or the tow vehicle. Do you disconnect the battery when plugged into shore power or the tow vehicle? If so is there more than one battery cable on each post?

^^^^^ What he said

As far as the tow vehicle.......First check the accessory pin on the tow vehicles plug to make sure it has power.

Pin # 4 is live only with the engine running on both my M 2 Freightliner as well as my Cayenne SUV. It is a charging connection, hence the need to run the engine:https://www.ajtnt.com/Info/7-Way-Diagram

I should clarify a few things.... Camper is a 20116 Flagstaff forest river. Battery has a cut off switch. After last trip, tongue jack barely lifted to get camper on truck, replaced battery and all good. I went to move camper yesterday out of the driveway... Battery ON, Not plugged to shoreline or hooked to truck, no interior lights and stabilizing jacks wont operate. Plug in shoreline with battery off....interior lights work, stabilizers operate.

Breakers good and I will double check fuses.... Is there something I am missing?
Battery only appears to be operating tongue jack...

You state battery is off if so its not operating the jack shore power maybe. Battery switch needs to be on to keep battery charged. Also make sure all electrical items in camper are turned off. Especially the power booster for tv as this will drain batter along with your co detector. If possible leave camper plugged in, Later RJD

It sounds like there's an open circuit between your converter and the battery, so the battery doesn't power anything 12 volt inside the RV and the converter isn't charging the battery when hooked to shore power.

There should be a 12 volt resettable breaker near the battery, usually on the frame. They look like the device below. They usually have a little button on one end that you can press in to reset it.

P.S. The open circuit could also be a bad battery disconnect switch, so test that as well.
