After last trip, tongue jack barely lifted to get camper on truck, replaced battery and all good. I went to move camper yesterday out of the driveway... Battery only appears to be operating tongue jack...
It sounds like there's an open circuit between your converter and the battery, so the battery doesn't power anything 12 volt inside the RV and the converter isn't charging the battery when hooked to shore power.
There should be a 12 volt resettable breaker near the battery, usually on the frame. They look like the device below. They usually have a little button on one end that you can press in to reset it.
P.S. The open circuit could also be a bad battery disconnect switch, so test that as well.
