Toy Hauler Ramp Latch Screws

The latch screws fell out on one side. It seems they might have been stripped when installed and vibrated out. How do I replace them when a larger screw won't fit? Anybody else have this problem?

Someone else had this problem I believe. Check for recalls on your model because this is dangerous and should be reported.

I would fix them both myself adding a steel plate on both sides and bolts that run through the plates.
