Park models usually don't have holding tanks and have to be directly plumbed in for water and sewer. Many also have shingled roofs.
This is actually a pretty good article that describes the differences.

I am stunned by all the misinformation about destination trailers in this thread!
No waste water tanks? FALSE
Residential toilet? FALSE
Front window? FALSE
Boxy front design, not aerodynamic? FALSE
Different look from travel trailer? FALSE
Propane or dual-mode refrigerator? FALSE
About the only feature I can think of that's different is the pop-out bay windows. They stick out about 6", manually fold in for travel. Probably only on the Cherokee series.
The folks who read FRF rely on its generally correct and complete information. Sadly this particular thread has become an exception.
Here's a picture of a REAL destination trailer.

And here's what FR defines as a destination trailer.
Notice all the boxy designs and front windows...

In fact, here's one that literally says "Destination" on the front of it.

Only seven of the sixteen models have glass front windows.
I expect that if you looked at actual numbers, the ones with aerodynamic, metal fronts (Cherokee, Wildwood, and Salem), far outnumber the boxy or glass ones (Cedar Creek, Sandpiper, and Sierra).
I was going to do a search of the site's Registry to get populations of each model, but the data is ungroomed, so messy as to be meaningless.

I didn't cherry pick anything. Pick any line of the FR destination trailers and they all have that boxy looking front end. Even doing a Google image search shows the same. That's just what they look like now.
The pic you posted before (Post #27) was an older model. My in-laws have a trailer that looks remarkable similair to that and I believe it's a 2008.
The pic you posted just now isn't all destination trailers. There are TTs and 5th wheels/toy haulers in that picture.

Pretty sure the picture in Post #42 is titled "Destination Trailers."

It is. But those are not all pictures of destination trailers.
In fact if you click "5th wheels", the picture for the Cherokee line is the exact same picture.
The Flagstaff pic includes a pop-up. So the pictures are not representative of the title.

I know we normally do not delete things, but this thread needs to be deleted. I see no valid reason for it to exist.
