A travel trailer IS a RV, as are Popups, truck campers, 5th Wheels. They are all Recreational Vehicles.

I think you meet MH not RV, RV is a recreation vehicle which could I lot of different things.
So It's TT = travel trailer, MH = motorhome, 5ver/5th wheel. Then there are different classes and now some new ones have been added because they are a blend of 2 different classes. It's hard to keep up sometimes : )

To further expand, at least as far as our town’s bylaws are concerned, RV includes all vehicles used for recreation, including boats, ATVs, etc..
