TV Antenna Question

I have just bought a Wolf Pup and see that the roof mount TV antenna is up. Is it supposed to always be up? Or is there a way to lower it when towing?

Well... cant figure out how to add a picture but it's a Wolf Pup 18TO. It looks like a short metal pole with a round disc mounted on top of it. Hope that helps.

If it looks like one of these, it probably does not lower. Larry G.
