Tv Connection

I have a rooftop antenna and also two connections labeled satellite and cable on the outside of my RV. The tv in the living area works well off both antenna and cable. My bedroom TV and TV on outside of RV do not work off of antenna and I also could not get them to work off of outside connections. Two questions, first what is the difference between a satellite and cable connection? Second, is this a common problem. It would seem that all three tv hookups should would with whatever ER the connection is. I have a Palomino Solair rdks304 2017 RV.

Sat is for a Sat dish, a direct line inside with no connections. Sat needs a clean line to work. Cable is for CG service for tv. That can have splitters etc. and usually works fine. Maybe a connection problem at the control for ant/cable control. Maybe pull out and check connections there .
