V-nose Travel Trailer

When I was rv shopping a couple of years ago I came across a v-nose trailer that I considered, but did not buy. Now I am looking again and cannot find it anywhere on the internet. Not sure if it was a Forest River product but the one distinguishing feature it had was a rear master bedroom with the bed on a slide that slide out the back (not the side). Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

Forest river has got rid of a lot of there Vnose trailers. The two brands Hondaman has listed have them out the side not the back(correction see link, looks like they no longer make it). I seem to remember the one you are talking about but I don't remember the brand either.
I found this:

There was a rear bed slide v-nose trailer, in the Windjammer/V-lite lines.
It was the shortest one they made, hence the rear bed slide.
It was NOT a rear master bedroom. Retracted, it was in the living area.
Not sure if it's still made.

FR has four models of V-Noses to choose from: Rockwood's Ultra Lite (Windjammer) & the Rockwood Windjammer; Flagstaff's Super V-Lite & the V-Lite To be honest we haven't discovered any real difference between the Rockwood and Flagstaff. But each of the four models have two rear BR bed slides but none have bed slides out the rear of the TT.

I am sure you will be receiving post about your V-Nose inquiry....there are many V-Nose owners in the FRForum.
Good luck with your quest.

There is no difference, except for outside decals and decor colors/patterns.
Both built on the same assembly line.

They are twin brands, a practice common in the RV industry.

Both the flagstaff and Rockwood are made in the same plant. I will be picking up a Rockwood v nose at 7:30 this morning for delivery to dealer. Unless plans change I will have it in tow until tomorrow. If you would like a certain picture let me know. I'll try to get it for you.

found the rear bed slide i was talking about, the Rockwood Windjammer 2102W:

2013 Forest River ROCKWOOD WINDJAMMER 2102W Travel Trailer Winfield, WV Burdette Camping Center | West Virginia RV Dealer | WV Rvs for Sale | Used campers in wv | wv puma rv dealer| WV Rockwood Dealer | Best RV dealer in WV | WV avenger dealer | WV C

not sure what the twin Flagstaff V-lite model number is.
and don't know when FR dropped it from the Rockwood/Flagstaff lineup but probably in 2014.

The trailer that I picked up is a 2016, Rockwood 2618VS. V-nose, rear bedroom with slide.

We like ours, full queen on the slide, bath beg enough to fit 3 standing. Minor vendor supplied issues or manufacturing defects. Dealer took care of what we asked

The V-lite with rear bed out back was called 21 WRS and listed as 24.6 ft long. No longer made that I can see. There is one slight difference between windjamer and V-Lite and that is exterior color. One darker than the other which I belive is the Windjamer. Later RJD

I was a big fan of the V-Cross Platinum line. They did both TT's and 5vers but the line has been dropped and the Vibe line took it's place. I guess everything is sales related and if as many people liked them as me, they'd still be made...

Isn't it amazing when a sibling is found....Coachmen is another division of Forest River Inc with yet another V-Nose line, 2015 Coachmen Freedom Express V-Nose but only one floor plan available it is similar to the 3008W Windjammer or the 30WFKSS Flagstaff. I didn't find any mention of a 2016 V-Nose model from Coachmen.

WOW another option...I'll stick to my Windjammer.
