Very weird weather in the midwest

Feels like camping weather here in st louis...high today was 70. For the 1st of December it's rather odd.

Global what?

About the same in middle Tennessee. We just winterized earlier in the week because it was getting down in the 20's. Looks like we are going to see 70 tomorrow and 74 on Monday and no freezing temps in the next ten days. Got me thinking about a trip to the Smokies. :-)

I wonder if it will be like last year? The only thing is that we need moisture on the ground!

54 degrees at 8 pm in Iowa. I want to go camping This is so weird, no snow and only a trace of rain or was it low clouds? Either way I miss my TT.

my wife and I were talking about this yesterday. In Ohio it will be in the 60's for early December! Let's remember this in February when there's a foot of snow on the ground.

"Nice weather"

To us farmers its Nice Weather! I was out planting the last of the CRP grass on the farm today with just a light jacket on. (no cab on the ole tractor)
Dad is offically retired now.
That will help me have more time to go camping!
I got to thinking that I have not lite a single stick of firewood in the stove yet.
Yeah I hope its not another year like this year, we need some moisture for sure.
All the lakes around here in Kansas are being drained to keep the barge traffic moving down the Missipp.

Supposed to be in the 50s in Mn tomorrow. Tough on the ski resorts. No snow at all except for very far northern Mn.. Like nuisance said.." I miss my TT". If my TT wasn't winterized I would try to get in another long weekend.

It was 45 and cloudy here in Wisconsin today, 55 and sunny tomorrow, 62 and rain monday. Being that I am a carpenter I have been loving this weather! We have a foundation sitting that we are going to start framing on this coming Tuesday, 2800sqft on the main floor with another 1500sqft including a video golf driving range in the basement. Hopefully the mild weather, even highs in the upper 20's, will hold until Christmas so that we can get the house enclosed. After that it can snow a couple feet if it wants!

We have only had our camper for a few weeks and have considered sleeping in the yard just to get to use it. :-) Our "yard" is about 90 acres, so it's not so much different from some of the parks. We have been going out and sitting and doing things like lighting the oven and playing with televisions, etc.

The weather in this part of Tennessee has always been quite erratic. It seems that we are having more warmer days and less snow than many years ago, but I think the averages tend to be about the same. As long as it's sunny and nice, I am not going to complain.

Oakman and I sat in our backyard last night watching a fire in our portable fire pit and also being able to see the neighbor's Christmas lights.

I hate this warm weather. I want to go ice fishing. Last four years we had ice on thanksgiving. Now we will be lucky to have it by Christmas at this rate.

Mother Nature has a way of averaging weather out over time. Very hot summer with drought conditions again this summer. 2010 & 2011 winters in MN started out warm and easy. Then towards mid-end of December my snowblower got a workout. We are due for plenty of snow if my first sentance proves correct. Careful what you wish for.

Almost 60 here in southern Wisconsin today. A great day to put the outside decorations up. No doubt Mother Nature will catch up with us sooner or later.

It's 8:30 p.m. and 51 degrees...this is strange weather, but I'm not complaining. Tomorrow's temp is suppose to hit 59 degrees. Changed my mind...I do have one complaint. These temperatures make me wish I didn't winterize the trailer so soon.

One of my New Years Resolutions since buying an RV was to sleep in it at least one night a month!!! We do "camp in the yard"!!! Also, sometimes we will start a "campfire" in our portable firepit or sit and watch television!!!!

It has been unseasonably warm here in Wyoming as well. Makes me wish my trailer wasn't winterized! It is sure screwing up my ice fishing though!
