It's here...Veterans Day is upon us. Once again we pay homage to our heroes, dead and alive, whether they served in combat on the front lines or in support in the rear. They are all great people. From the troops over in sand country to the troops here on U.S posts...I salute you. You guys and girls are the best. I sit here in my warm house knowing that you are on the front, in the cold, in the sand, in the snow, in the heat, doing what your country commands of you. You are my heroes. You are the best.

And lets not forget our local fire and police. On this day we laid to rest one of Seattle's finest after he was so brutally assasinated in his patrol car by a heartless coward. Fortuantely just minutes after the services the Seattle PD caught up with the "suspect" in his killing.

Thanks to all of you who serve to protect us on a daily basis: Military, Police, Fire and first aid responders.
