Yes. After much research on this forum, I just bought a 60g Aquatank2 bladder. It was expensive on Amazon, so I bought it from Bay Tec containters. Manufactured by Extra Packaging in TX, company based in Rochester, NY. So American made! It is 140 bucks on Bay Tec site, and as a new customer I got an additional discount. Free shipping.

It is super lite and can be folded up and put in a gallon size ziplock. Good stuff, haven't used it yet.

Im not knocking anyone here just curious for those who use this bag, what is your motivation to buy a bag vs Jerry can.

is it the ability to fold it up when not in use? I do like that -

I carry Five 6 Gallon Plastic Jerry Cans in my storage bay and use a pump when I need to fill. The bag is expensive and my cans are $10 a piece.

I would think my cans would take up less room that an bag when full.

Again just curious..

robo, I have the cans like you. I have 2 five gallon and one 7 gallon. They were more than 10 bucks per pop. (Reliance) I keep them in basement filled for emergency water at home. When I need them to travel, I have to haul them out of basement and load the in truck, taking valuable bed space in the truck. I could have bought more cans, but the bladder seems like a sweet thing thanks to Ependydad's posts on the subject.

Now, this thing is folded up small as a notepad, but when i get to where i'm going that doesn't have water and have taken gear out of bed at camp, I have plenty of room for bladder to lay out and fill. And instead of capping and uncapping the cans at the fill station, then back again at camp, doing the hose shuffel, you just connect the hose right to the fill port. Back at camp, same thing. Thread one hose onto drain valve, and let 'er rip! Up to 60g in one bag.

****edit - Robo, I just noticed you have a motorhome with room for heavy cans, so this won't apply to you. I think it's handier for us trailer folk.

Fair enough thanks!
I dont tow or have a truck when traveling, so I carry a wagon in my rig when I need MORE water and my cans are empty, I lug them to the closest water hose, then back to the rig to fill. I still have to manage the Grey tanks but that is another story - Thanks for the info

robo, a waste cart is a beautiful thing. I have the 28g rhino to dump tanks into, but again, absent a cart you need to tow it. You can always drag it on a cart if it can carry all that weight. Cart hangs on trailer ladder for transport. You would need help lifting it onto cart though. VERY heavy when full. My waste cart is heavy even empty!

We don’t have a gravity fill on our trailer. So fresh water needs to be pumped from the bag into the fresh water tank.
I just hook up hose, turn a few valves and the water gets pumped into the tank with my on board pump.

Has anyone considered using the large wheeled Rock & Roller folding carts for hauling water jugs or the smaller waste totes? While not light, they aren’t terribly heavy.

I have a Mighty Max cart I used to haul the jugs. 300lb capacity, so I can haul 7 5g jugs at a time (I never did more than 3.5 jugs though)

I've also got the same bag, and it's well made and folds up very small. It's expensive, and you swear the damn thing will burst the first time it's filled with water because of how thin it is... But it's pretty bulletproof.

By the time you buy enough jerry cans to fit the same amount of water that one 60 gallon bag can hold, you've paid more than the bag. I can't find jerry cans for $10, or even close to that. Also, that takes up a lot of space in the truck the 99.9% of the time that they would be empty. I'm much happier with a bag that folds up to the size of a burrito when not full of water.

Mike, after thorough review, I've decided on a breakfast burrito. Putting order in with wife as I type.

**Glad she is working from home today!

Funny, I've been looking for something also. I got a 5 gallon collapsible, but now I'm going to check this out.
