Water pump
Hi all, I’ve started the process of getting to know my new Zinger Lite 270bh 32’ travel trailer. I’d like to know if anyone could tell me where my water pump is located.
Thank you in advance

I would have someone turn on the switch and listen for it to hum. It is usually located near the water tank or water heater

Thanks, that’s a great idea but I don’t want to fill the tanks right now and I’m told not to run the pump while empty

Since this is primarily a Forest River site and a Zinger is not a FR unit, we may not have anyone with specific answers to your questions.
You can run the pump briefly without water just to locate the pump by sound.

Since water pump locations are model-specific and your RV is not a Forest River product, about all we can suggest is going by sound.
Who told you not to run the water pump empty? It's OK to do that for a limited time, in order to find it.

I would think the water pump would be in an accessible place like under the kitchen counter.

No, not necessarily.
The water pump in my two trailers, were no where near the kitchen counter.

Specifically, in my Flagstaff 26FKBS, the kitchen is in the front and the water pump is in the cabinet furthest in the back. Since all pumps have a limit to suction height, I'd expect to find the pump close to the fresh water tank. Mine is directly above it. Generally, I'd expect the fresh water tank to be close to the exterior fresh water fill port.

As one can see... no two R/Vs are alike.
I've had water pumps that were no where near the kitchen sink, the fresh tank or the city water connection.
One is just going to have to do some creative investigating.
