Way to many problems for a new TT

This is the most common thing I read when doing my research before buying my new XLR Hyperlite 3016.
I have owned other TT in the past with out many problems
I figured I'm pretty handy( Family calls me MacGyver) and don't mind tinkering with things so I pulled the trigger and made the purchase.
My experience has been quite the opposite of what I have read on the forums. I have only had one issue and FR sent me all the information I needed to fix the issue in about 30 minutes.
This said I have to ask did I get lucky and get the odd good unit or are all the squeaky wheels posting on the forums and we just don't hear from the happy customers like me????

Yep, for every negative post you read, there are hundreds of satisfied ones.

Like you, we were lucky. One minor deficiency and our superb dealer took care of it very quickly.

I had a 2012 FR Micro lite fbrs .The only thing that went bad on it was the skylight deteriorated. So I think I was lucky on that one. I have a 2019 FR superlite rbws. The only two things that was bad the sink cave in and the shower doors suck so I replace them with shower curtains we like them better . The company Best Choice of Irwin PA where I bought it from repair the sink with no problems . So I am over all satisfied

My Flagstaff 829FKSS is 10 years old now and we have had very few problems with it. We would buy a new one but they eliminated the atrium slide at the front window. It took me all of about $200 to fix mine up for another 10 years and that was mostly lights and paint. There was nothing major.

We have had no problems with a new Wolf Pup, except for a mangled wheel bearing cap that wouldn't stay on. It was hidden behind the chrome plastic center cap so I couldn't see it until the cap came off. I bought one for a few bucks from Amazon and replaced it.
We have been on 5 four night trips, from 60 to 200 miles one way, without issue.
I agree that the people with complaints are quick to share, but the majority with few issues don't have as much to say.

We really enjoy our 2021 Artic Wolf 23rd-l. I have no big problems with the tt just with the dealership.

I thought that, too! We have had a similar experience. The few problems I have had were minor. The worst was that the sensor wires for my gray and black tanks were crossed. My dealer would have been happy to rewire them. The simpler solution was to just relabel the LEDs. We just finished our fourth season and we are still happy
