Sorry for your loss.

We lost our best camping buddy 3 years ago and it is just not the same. We have chosen not to replace her due to the fear that we won’t find another dog as good as her. I hope you find a new camping buddy.

There is only one problem with a dog, they dont live long enough.
Having recently just lost another in a long line of wonderful and loving companions, I feel your grief.

So sorry for your loss! Its not fair that they have such a short life compared to the ones who love them most. Hopefully with time you will find your next good camping buddy. The first time you miss that warm little body is missing from your sleeping bag is the worst time.

Hi Witch Doctor, I don't post on here much, in fact virtually non-existent. This just tugged at my heart strings though. I lost one of my best buddies a few years back, Bubba, a black lab, the best dog I've ever had, bar none. I finally replaced him after a year and a half. I am very sorry for your loss. I am going to post a link to a poem or story, not sure what to call it, or I hope I can anyway. The name is "They don't know..." I hope it will give you some comfort.
