Solar trickle charging set up for the batteries has been a life saver. Upgrade the tires.

I agree with several here. Use it awile and see what modifications you want. Also, I agree with either doing the mods yourself or checking out your dealers shop very carefully. With that being said one of the mods I wish I had made at the dealer was better tires. As soon as we got ours home we ordered better tires and had them installed (maxxis tires). I would also have thought hard about a better fan in the bathroom and bedroom. A ladder would have been nice but need to be very careful about adding one. good luck

Disc brakes would stop you better. [emoji6]

I just want to make sure we're not missing anything. Are there any accessories you wish you had installed by the dealer when you purchased your RV?
I feal this may be a Misplaced Question! The Cottage is normally listed as a Destination Trailer placed on a Seasonal or Permanent Site, you state yours is on land you own in Cal! Pulling around a 42' Trailer in Cal really limits Campground use! Most seasonal use Cottages are brought to the location and "Jacked up,placed on blocks, tires removed, deck built"! No real need for "New Tires/Disk Brakes/Backup Camera/Auto Level System/Storage for Sewer Hoses/Rear Rack for Bikes/ Spare Tire and a host of other things needed for "Travel Trailers"! Youroo!!

Mainly just a surge protector and roof vent covers. It also depends on your relationship with the dealer and how you see their service department.
From the factory, make sure everything is well lit. Our pantry and back storage compartment have zero lights. A couple of wireless, battery powered LEDs did the trick, but one would think storage lighting shouldn't be an after thought.

If not said already, a couple of lengths of RV water hose. A compact ladder if your TT doesn’t have a ladder on it from the factory.
