What Are You Reading ?

Like most of you I am riding out the virus and bad weather at home and doing plenty of reading. I am currently reading a thriller by Brad Thor, "The Apostle". I would like to hear what you read and some favorite authors. I read many different genres as well as non-fiction and am always looking for new ideas.

Looking at how intuitionist math can dispel "block universe" theory. It is compelling to read about how Nicolas Gisin' recent research alters how we think about time and space.

Just finished White Lethal, the 4th installment by Galbraith (JKRowling). Private investigator Cormoran Strike. Great series. This one was the best of the 4.

More Fun In The New World: The Unmaking and Legacy Of LA Punk - John Doe & Tom DeSavia. The follow up to Under The Big Black Sun: A Personal History of LA Punk. Both great reads if you're into this kind of thing.

Finally had to buy a Kindle (couldn't find enough paperbacks) last December. Some digital books are cheaper than print ones.

Catching up on Tom Clancy, Brad Thor, Brad Taylor, Larry Bond, Lee Childs, etc.

I blow through 2 books per week & the pickings are getting slim.

I do miss my paperbacks though.

What are you reading?

“The Boys in the Boat”, nine Americans and their epic quest quest for gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics and “A prayer for Owen Meany” by John Irving. Both very entertaining.

I found a guy by accident but really enjoying his books. Steven James. Murder mysteries mainly. Started with The Pawn. There are 4 books in this series I think.

reading

I second John Sandford, Greg Iles and Lee Child. Always waiting for a new one of theirs. Also William Kent Krueger's Cork O'Connor mysteries.

reading list

Just finished the first three books of war planners. Based upon current events it was an exceptionally interesting read.
