I want to call our new Rockwood after a famous russian nomadic explorer .....W.E.B..Varkenov.

But everytime my wife asks what shall we call our RV and i suggest this.... she clips me across the ear and says "Stop being a smart arse!!".

I could swear that her sense of humour is slowly deminishing....lol

ROFL. Actually, the first name was going to be Fakowee. Because when you're traveling, the question often come up "Where the fakowee?", but the wife nixed that because of the kids.

When we put the 5'er and the Chevy together for the first time they were christened The Truck and The Van. When our friends caught sight of the rig it started getting names like The Nostromo (like in the movie Alien because it separated into The Tug and the The Cargo Pod. Then when it was spotted at a camp without The Truck it got The Mothership (because of its size). After a visit and tour by some of these well-meaning folk it was renamed again to The Taj Mahal (their thinking was about the luxury of it, they had 12' caravans and 17' campers).

Name your RV

Since I am a retired Camp Host and my wife still works 60 miles away, we have two RV's. A 40' Allegro Bus and a 32' FR3. Our last name is McPherson. Hers is "Big Mac", mine is "Lil Mac"!

First tt was a SOB no name just trailer.
When I retired, I traveled a bit for work, our First FR product became the Marriott since we take it where ever we want to visit.
Second TT a Flagstaff Classic is called the Marriott II to verify not staying in hotels any more, I know who slept in my bed the night before!

Not a name, but pretty creative written on the back of a truck camper. "Its not a slow truck, its a fast house"
