What is Cost of Detailing (Wash/Waxing) RV?
I have a 2018 DS-30 FR3 - Length is approx. 32ft & am located in Vero Beach Fla - can anyone give me an approx. cost to have it detailed, (i.e. pressured wash (including roof) & waxed using a mobile detailing vendor? I could probably do the aluminum wheels myself - advice would be appreciated

I would expect to pay $15 to $20 per foot for a RV detail..

For wash + wax, I’ve paid $10/ft. each time (Key West, Orlando, and Las Vegas).

That's what I have paid at several different Camp Grounds, $10 a foot.

Stay near West Palm. $400 for a 40ft with a spray on wax. Close to $700 if you want aa high quality rub on wax.

I have paid similar in central FL, $400 for a basic and up to $800 for a true “detail”.
I NEVER allow a pressure washer near my rig. I have had decals damaged, paint popped off front cap, and the clear coat stripped off of J-wrap from pressure washers. Garden hose pressure only with soft brushes.

Agree with using garden hose with soft brushes. Had ours washed and detailed near Cedar Keys, FL and paid $450 on our 30'. This included top and awnings with hand waxing. Great job!!

Just had a wash and wax done at the Goshen Rally, August 2019. Goggle ALL-BRITE. They attend many rallys. They do a GREAT job. $360 for our 42' Berkshire XL.

About $25 dollars, total. Just outside Cleveland, OH in Eaton Township. My driveway, and the cost of wax from Chemical Guys, and a mold and mildew cleaner for the roof. Took me about six hours start to finish on out 2017 Coachmen Catalina 263RLS. Stop by and I'll watch you do yours for free.

In Arizona, $80 to wash and detail a 32 foot class A. Was quoted $10 a foot for full wash and wax by 3 different mobile wash guys.

Two different places in Arizona. In Butterfield RV Resort in Benson, a guy who lives in the park does the cleaning and waxing. In Brenda, near Quartszite the guys have trucks that say RV WASH or the like on the side. They drive through the parks quite often. Cash deals, never got company names, if they even have one.

10 a foot for wash/wax and roof in lake burns vista. But I don’t think I’d pay it again.
Yes it’s a lot of work to do on your own, but they really didn’t do a good job. Anyone that thinks it’s ok to put a polisher in the ground with the pad attached then pick it back up to put on the trailer doesn’t really know why they are doing. Obviously some places are better than others, but I do my own now. Just takes more than one day that the team of 3 could do it in. Plus they did the roof last?!?!?! All the dirt down the polished sides.

Just came from the international rally and the price was $9 to $15/foot dependingon condition of RV. I would assume most charging the same although I have heard of up to $20/foot

I paid $20/ft up here in Ontario, Canada - cash price to wash, wax and polish including the roof. Detailer used Collinite 845 wax. I can’t do it myself with a bad back.
Those guys in the US charging $10/ft must be paying their guys $5/hour! I wouldn’t do that job for that rate.

Most of the guys saying "detail" and are charging $10 a foot are not detailing. They use a spray wash and wax then towel dry, shooting a bit of Armor-All on the tires for effect. Certainly not the same quality job you got itat.

Wash and wax
$100 at Yuma this winter. Used my Mother’s wax and cleaned the roof. Did my buddies 42’ 5er for 120..
I have rinsed off my tt a couple times this summer and the water still beads.
When I go back to Yuma I will tip the boys big time. Yup- I am pleased.
