What is my trailer? (Apex by coachmen, viking, forest river?)

Hello all,

I bought my first travel trailer last week, and went to register the title. Due to the sloppy handwriting of the seller, it appears as if the sale price was modified. With them not returning my calls, I need to find the fair market price of my trailer.
The title says the make is "FORR" which I believe stands for Forest River and the series/body is "20/SC". The side of the travel trailer says "Apex by Coachmen". By the side of the entrance door it has a decal/sticker that says "17RBX", but there is a sticker on the bumper that says "Apex 16RBX; TT". The NADA guide (National Automobile Dealers Association) has a few different makers :

Apex by Coachmen
Apex by Viking
Coachmen
Coachmen by Forest River
Coachmen Recreation Vehicle Company (Apex by Viking)
Coachmen Recreation Vehicle Company (Georgie Boy)
Coachmen Recreation Vehicle Company (Royal Coachmen)
Coachmen Recreation Vehicle Company (Shasta)

NADA does not have an "Apex by coachmen" listed for 2011. The list starts at 2012.
The only 2011 17RBX or 16RBX is under "Apex by Viking" but the name viking doesn't show up on anything on the trailer. I'd almost think that the title was wrong and it's actually a 2012 (which was the year listed on the Craigslist ad!) but the sticker on the bumper says it was shipped January 2011, so it's not a 2012!

Anybody know what's going on?!

Thanks!

Does your rig look like this?

I don't know what state you're in, but in Texas, they usually use the sales receipt as the fair market value. If you have no receipt, they determine the value from their charts for rvs. Cars are a bit different.

Coachmen owns Viking. When they acquired it, Viking only made popups. They then expanded the Viking brand by making clones of their own travel trailers and putting the Viking name on them.
