What is this (TPMS repeater)

Can anyone tell me what this is under my Geo Pro G19RD? No identification on it , red illuminated button appears to be connected to the DC circuit.

Had my tst monitor in the house today to give it a charge. Probably 100 or more feet away from camper tires. Picked up signal on all four sensors from the house and repeater was not on. Really impressed.

I mounted my repeater on the tongue jack. It is wired downstream of the battery disconnect. If I see the red light on the repeater when stored, I know I forgot to turn off the battery.
We don't boondock, so the minimal draw of the repeater while camping isn't an issue for me.
