DaGrinch, we have a lot in common!!!

I don't have a spreadsheet breakdown, but since she's still working, I get signs like these: BTW, I think I'm going to be trouble when she gets home!

Back in the late 60's and into the 70's my Dad and I raced boats. A close friend had a hydroplane, named Miss Bahia (at the time of his last win), running a 12 cylinder, 1,710 cubic inch, Allison that we would go see run. Your gorgeous RC hydro brought back great memories. Thanks!

My winters are spent trip planning for next year and reloading for this:

Great pic capturing the flame from the muzzle and cylinder.

Did you and your dad ever run the Columbia Cup at the Tri-Cities WA?

I have a roundnose scale the Maverick that has the exposed Allison, this last boat I picked one without an exposed dummy engine or a wing. It’s just less damage in a blow over or a “racing incident” lol.

I have a few Aurora sets that I ended up buying from people who said it was AFX but it wasnt lol. Still cant figure that out its right there on the box lol. Ive seen the new digital tracks you can set up speeds or give a racer a handicap. Its pretty neat! Expensive though!

Reading, crafts, attending the grandson's high school athletic and band events, and an annual 2.5 week trip to Grand Cayman. This year we will also be taking a 2 week trip to Florida in March. Of course we will also be planning our camping trips and getting our reservations!

Who says we put the rig away and stop camping. We are out every month of the year. The trailer makes a cozy cabin after snow shoeing all day.
