What would you pay for

My friend is looking at a 8 foot tent trailer, It is a rockwood freedom, it is in excellent condition, three way fridge , and the usual equipment, with an indoor outdoor stove and awning. The people who are selling are asking 3800 dollars or best offer, I was just wondering if that price is reasonable, or what you guys figure it is worth.
Thanks Kevin

You don't mention what year, if it's been stored under cover,
roof AC?
$3800 won't buy much these days.
It's probably a good buy but there are many variables.
This is the time of year to get the best deal I suppose.
Most folks forget about shopping for this kind of stuff until
the holidays are past.
I would definitely offer less..... a lot less.
Start way low and work up.
It's a buyers market!

My 2¢

Hard saying without physically seeing it. What kind of shape is the canvas? How is the stitching at the seams? Zippers? Do appliances work? If everything is in good shape and no mold/ mildew or water damage the price is a bit high IMO, but not by much if it is good condition (had to see that we are talking CA $$$). If it is in good shape, I'd try to get the price down a bit.
