Who are your favorite vendor/suppliers?

We all have nightmares about being on hold for hours and then perhaps having a language conflict at a call center.

There are a few companies that I've found have exceptional customer service. I want to give a shout out to:

eTrailer.com is a no bs site which will ship immediately and will almost wear you out with updates...always exceeding my expectations.

Cabela's, who address me by my name when I call in, not waiting to ask me who I am, and already have my account pulled up, ready to ship another of what I bought 2 years ago!

Great customer service is rare these days, and should be rewarded

(I don't want to ask what the worst customer service companies are, that would be another thread!)

Another vote for E Trailer.

As far as broad line manufacturers, Camco is good quality at decent prices.

In our area it's Richfield trailer supply. Been around since 1955. They know their SH##. and also has a service center and repairs most RV issues. They have a web site also to order parts Home - Richfield Trailer Supply

I do a couple companies that want my business and that is RVUPGRADES.COM and Etrailer. Rvupgrades has been very good, they are higher at times but have always responded to my requests. Like I said both if these companies want my meager expenditures and of course my RV dealer Tri-County RV, who is fabulous.

What I normally do is google the product I’m looking for, check out the reviews on Amazon and then buy from the cheapest place. I have brought from etrailer, Adverture net, Tweety’s , Camping World. PPL parts, RV parts country, Walmart, dyersonline, easternmarine, I brought my Honda’s from a place that’s out of business

Agree with RVupgrades, etrailer and would add Shadepro. They all have been good to deal with and prices are good. Shadepro had good price on my new 20' awning so I ordered a window awning from them.
I have not bought anything from Cabela's, for the RV that is, and not sure why. But I will keep that in mind next time.

Cabela's was the best in America. Then Bass Pro bought them and the downhill slide has started.

The service I got recently from Leica was first class.

Trailcampro folks are awesome.

Bestconverter.com is just great.

Other than the obvious, Amazon and Costco, my absolute favorite in customer service is Summit Racing. Their phone reps are number one!

I do all of my RV shopping online, mostly on Ebay. There I can get great products, no tax and free shipping. I even purchase four Maxxis 8008 tires, Load range E, much better deal than anyone local. I purchase a new 15K AC unit at a $350.00 savings over local RV store. Cannot beat Ebay deals if you can do the installation yourself.

Another vote for RVupgrades.com. They had the best price and kept sending emails about the status of my order. They were also the best price on an electric jack. A week later the price went down and they sent me the difference. Big thumbs up for that!
