We do!

Heading to Santa Margarita Lake just north of San Luis Obispo - a little KOA campground in the woods near the lake. Going to make it a long 4 1/2 day weekend.

Hope everyone on this forum has a great and safe Labor Day weekend.

No camping trip planed.

It being a long weekend, I think I'll pay mom a visit. Haven't seen her in a while and she loves surprise visits.

You guys have a safe trip and

Unfortunately we will not be camping. We planned a non-camping trip to Nashville, TN., but the people we were going to see abruptly moved back to Ohio. I can't find any spot to camp at this point, so we will likely be staying at home.

Everyone who is traveling be safe.

Had to trade work schedule for last Saturday to take my daughter back to college so I'll be working that weekend for the fellow that worked for me. Oh well, there's always driveway camping.
Everyone have a great weekend and be safe!!

NO WAY! Why fight the crowds?
I will wait until labor Day is over. We have plans for a 10 days in California and the beach.
Less traffic and people.

We do! Got reservations last night for Rives Lake just about 45 min from home. After labor day the cg's should be pretty much empty around here.

Iggy I am with you about the crowds. We will probably take a short run after Labor Day. Our next planned trip starts Sept 30 that is the day we head to OH (Columbus area) to meet our first: great granddaughter! Already have a boy great grandson in IL now it is a girls turn.

x2 on that Iggy. Although I do have the urge to go out, we will wait until the holiday crowds thin a bit.

We will get to the beach on Saturday and deal with the crowds on Sunday. On Monday they all leave and we have the place mostly to ourselves.

I'm with Iggy, NO WAY. I go camping to get away from all the idiots (present company excluded though) We always plan our big vacation for the 3rd or 4th week of september after the kids are back in school. Seems more and more people are catching on to this though. I get to work Labor day and earn more money, then head out after work if I want as all the others are comeing back. My weekends are Tue/Wed so it works out great. I still get the woods to myself...

NWJ, do you ever go to any of the Tacoma Power Parks? Alder, Mossyrock, or Taidnapam?
