Why is my sticker showing -1Kg

I have been trying to get to the bottom of why my sticker is showing a ccc of -1Kg. Coachman says it is a mistake because it was weighed using Canadian rules, does water weigh less in Canada?

The factory can give you correct numbers and send new stickers.

Just make sure to keep the tires inflated with helium - you'll be fine!

Canadian rules are that they must allow for about 70 kg I think, per person. So if the camper accommodates 6 people that's 420 kg taken off the cargo capacity you would see under US rules.

This is what I learned from other posts. I haven't tried to verify.

A gallon of Canadian water weighs 10 lbs.

Just like our footballs, our gallons are bigger.

I ‘think’ that the 1kg refers to litres. Look closely and you will see that it says 1kg for 1 litre. (8.3 lbs per CANADIAN gallon since our gallon is slightly larger than a us gallon)

If you fill your fresh water and water heater tanks, you will be over the cargo capacity?

The stickers aren't sending a nice message . . .

The maximum cargo weight allowed is 210 kg and when the water tanks are full the weight is 211 kg. There's no place left for any gear!

Not mentioned is the GWVR, from numbers above the weight should be 1,706 kg (3753 lbs)

Is this trailer running on 3,500 axles?

Its time to talk with the factory and confirm or replace the yellow stickers.

What's the dry tongue weight? And where are the water tanks (fresh and black) in relation to the axle? (weight shift from fresh to black will impact TW)
Canadian and American water are the same, they brew great and good times.
