Wildwood 27RKSS LED Lights in Test Routine

Hi Everybody,

We had bought a string of LED lights to put on the edge of our awning, to enhance our factory LED lights. While trying to set the string to the same color of our T/T (using the remote that came with the strip), the trailer lights went into a test sequence in which we cannot get it to stop. They slowly change colors, then flash for several minutes and start all over. We've have tried just about everything that we can think of, any suggestion will be appreciated.

Have you tried pulling the fuse?
You also might have to press the power button while replacing the fuse to get the to reset.
