Window hardware broken

I have a 2004 Surveyor SL180. The hardware for the window (entry side) at the dinette has broken. During my last trip the window was not closed tightly and the vibrations broke the arms that attach the window to the crank. The hardware is a crank that attaches to a scissors type mechanism. I have contacted a local dealer but they have no suggestions.

Can I replace the hardware only? or the whole window? Where would I find either?

Thanks

Howie

I'm not sure the brand they used on yours but here's a place that sells windows and parts. www.pellandent.com

Did the arm(s) break or the rivets come loose?

I'd do a search for RV salvage yards too.

It will get REAL expensive if you have to replace that whole window.

I was hoping to find a contact with Forest River. Since my dealer doesn't know what to do and I cannot find a contact with Forest River, I'm sort of left hanging ... so any help would be appreciated.
