Winterizing a Flagstaff superlite

I'm new to TT world, and wanting to learn how to winterize my 2019 Flagstaff TT. Any good videos or discussions I can learn from?

The process is more or less the same for most trailers. Do a search for "Winterize" and you'll have lots of reading material.

Here's a start:

Just remember to take your time. I rushed things and when I switched over the bypass, I forget to turn the hot & cold valves. When I turned on the pump, fluid was streaming out of the water heater.

Safe and happy travels.

Also search on Youtube...there are a few great videos that some RV Techs have posted. Although it likely won't be for your exact model, most are quite similar and will probably suffice for you to figure it out.

The only tricky part (for a newbie) is the valves for bypassing the water heater before you drain it and winterize the rest of the water system.

First, finding them. Figure out where the water heater door is outside the unit. Then go to approximately that area inside the trailer to find the other end of the heater. It might be behind a screwed-on panel, a drawer, or a cabinet door (possibly one with hinges on both sides).

Second, there could be one, two, or three valves depending on what scheme was used. Just turn ALL of the valves to the opposite state. Restore the original state in the spring. Take a picture with your phone if you like.
