Wireless dog fence

We have an 8289ws fifth wheel.
Our dog is used to her wireless fence at home and want to take it with us in the trailer.
From some "testing" I have done, it doesn't seem to want to transmit well from the inside of the trailer. But when you put the put it in one of the outside compartments, then it doesn't do well inside.
Anyone figure this out yet for the best place to put the transmitter and not have your dog freaking out because it starts beeping?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

This doesn't seem like a very good idea. Generally you have to teach your dog where the boundaries are at for an invisible fence. Taking it somewhere new like this seems like it would confuse your dog.

Use baby gates to keep your pooch out of areas you don't want him in

My thoughts were to use it more as the means of last resort in case she decided to run out or through the screen so we don't lose her chasing a rabit or something.
Hope that makes sense
