Wow!! Forest River Warranty Customer Service
Not sure if anyone else has had the opportunity to contact FR customer warranty service but my experience has been awesome. I made a call to the warranty division to discuss, find a solution to a particular problem. The first representative I spoke with was actually working on a different line than my XLR Boost. (Didn't write his name down unfortunately) He listened and said he couldn't answer my question as he was actually not familiar with my particular type unit and the construction, but would forward my info on to the actual XLR group. I thought, "Yea right", so much for that. Well guess what, I received another call, from D Burgess, a couple of days later from the XLR group and he wanted to know what my issue was and was prepared to offer assistance. As it turned out I actually figured out the gas cap was faulty, so no assistance was needed as the RV company I purchased the unit from has ordered a replacement gas cap. Point is, Kudos to FR and the XLR warranty group. Although it turned out to be a small replacement part, the fact, they actually returned my original call, forward my issue to the right group, made a return call and was prepared to deal with the issue and was prepared to send me a new gas cap, as all I can say is AWESOME to Forest River! Thank You. I'm so happy with my unit and the response from FR. I can only hope this continues.
