XLR Warranty

Has anyone else had problems with their XLR warranty? My dealer has been waiting since August for parts for my 2021 37tsx13. I have tried calling and emailing XLR myself but have not received a response. I understand the parts supply is slow but they still selling new ones just like mine. This leads me to believe they are only worried about selling new ones and not fixing bad craftsmanship on the ones they have already sold.

Welcome. Threads like this are not brand specific but across all of the rv world. I think allot has to do with how good the dealer is and how well the follow up. Depending on the issue allot of folks give up and just fix it them selves. Waiting on wall panels, trim etc is a differant story.

Warranty claims and work seam to take months. This is standard in the RV industry. Some dealers drag the claim past the warranty date so you can’t come back with another claim.
My friend had his RV sit at the dealer for the entire summer waiting on carpet.
You should check with your dealer to see when they and what they requested.

Don't leave your unit at dealer unless it's UN-useable because of what needs done . otherwise i would keep my unit and let the dealer let me know when parts are in . That way you can use it and come up with more warranty issues for the dealers .. If you can't use it because of the issues then it would be calls to manufacture weekly unless they want to cover your payment while it's sitting .
