Going to pick up 2015 FR BlueRidge 3125RT

We are new to Forest River and RV'ing in general and we're purchasing a 2015 Forest River Blue Ridge 3125RT 5th Wheel. I was curious if anyone has one and knows what the actual length of it is? I've seen two different sales brochures with two different lengths (36'3" & 38'1"). I could measure it, but we haven't picked it up yet and the current owners don't know...

I'm confused somewhat. You state you haven't picked this RV up yet, but have a separate thread stating you ran out of propane at 3 A.M.

That was because the computer operator is brain damaged... I typed the first message about length before we went to pick up the trailer, but never posted it. We ended up meeting the private party at a "campground" in Southern AZ and spent the night, which is when we had our propane issue.

So we got home, I decided to post about the propane issue but before I did that I decided to close out 15 open browser sessions and doing that i ended up posting the first message. Then after logging back in, i posted the second message about propane.

What i didn't know how to do is go back to the first post and delete it or else i would have.
