Slides retract but not extend 2013 Blue Ridge 3600

Just wanted to give a shout out to member Elkrun for posting info about this several years ago. He gave the Tech name, Kevin from ATC whom I called and he diagnosed my issue.

So, in case anyone else needs it... my motor would retract my slides but not extend them. All I heard was a click. The module board is located in the front compartment right top. I checked the 4 on board fuses...all were good. There are two wires toward the one side of the module, purple and pink. One controls the extend and the other, retract. Kevin had me switch those around, then click retract on the remote, and the slides went out. So that indicates that a extend relay is bad on the board. Unfortunately, it can't be replaced by itself, you have to get a new board. It is a GS-RLM-04. $200. The tech I spoke with is Kevin and you can reach ATC at 574-262-1258.

Welcome the FRF and thanks a ton for posting this. I'm sure it will help someone in the future even if they don't own a 3600.
