How's the easiest way to clean black tank for winter and after each trip?

Nah, we use Dawn and (Calgon and/or Borax) dumped in after each time we dump + flush the tanks. We then run our black tank flush - 10 minutes with the valve open. Then we close the valve and fill for 5 minutes and dump for 2-4. We repeat the fill/dump until we stop seeing clumps of uck and yuck in the clear elbow.

If your trailer doesn't have a black tank flusher, get one of those black tank wands with the spinning spray head.
And get a Johnnie Chok to keep the toilet gate open.
