Microwave Issues

We have a 2005 Palomino Stampede 21SDSL. We pulled it out of storage and started checking everything. The microwave/convection oven won't heat up. It lights up and runs but doesn't get anything hot. Started tearing it apart so I can look into the issue but can't figure out how remove it. The microwave is held in by 2 screws from the side but the fan structure has a side panel that you can't remove. Also, the fan structure is held in by 4 bolts from the top but you can't access those because there is no access panel. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a picture showing everything.

From what I recall about these, this is a Apollo convection oven, you may want to see if you can find any part numbers on it, but Apollo took care of all the servicing issues for it. I don't know if they still do or not, and I don't have any contact info for them anymore, but if you google Apollo rv convection oven you can find some troubleshooting tips

It is an Apollo, it is model number AAC24OTRB. As far as the microwave goes, I found out it might be just a fuse. But, I can't seem to figure out how to remove the unit to get to the fuse.

Any suggestions on how to remove the whole unit out? Do I just open up the wooden area above the microwave? Just trying to figure this out before our first big trip on Memorial day weekend. Any help would be appreciated.
