new solaire owner

my wife and I just purchased a used 2015 palomino solaire 163xh. we will be picking it up from the dealer this coming week and was wondering if any other owners out there have any tricks, tips, accessory recommendations or general opinions on this model or similar models? from what I have read and researched it sounds like a great camper and we are excited to get it and use it.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Make sure you do a complete PDI don't let the sales person rush you and get everything explained before you give final payment or tow off the lot.

Welcome to the Hybrid sub-forum.
Hope you noticed the sticky here, with the Hybrid PDI Checklist.
Not as many Palomino hybrid owners here, as there are Roo/Shamrock owners. Palomino has never sold that many hybrids, by comparison.
But there are a number of them here, so you might want to PM those who own your model.

Congrats on your camper!
We just traded our 2014 Solaire 147x a couple of months ago. We bought new.
Loved every minute of it and still sad to let it go.
Suggestions: Get POP UP GIZMOS for the tent ends. Get up on the roof a couple of times a year for preventative maintenance.
Ours never had any serious issues and would recommend Palomino. I needed a couple of small parts on two different occasions, called the factory contact info directly and they sent me what I needed no charge.
Have fun!
