Tire pressure

I own a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 with a 4.7. I'm towing a 190x solaire hybrid what air pressure should I run on my truck tires

You can either run the indicated air pressure that is on the LH B-pillar or drivers side door for the stock size tire.

Another way is to weigh the truck and trailer full loaded as you would take the unit camping on a Cat Scale at a truck service plaza. Use the axle weights of your truck form the scale and divide by two the axle weights. This is the tire load for your truck; using the air inflation tables for your given tire you can adjust the air pressure for your tires to support that load.

This is what I do; I air my tires rear tires to 70 PSI and the front tires to 50PSI to support the axle loads that my truck will see when towing my 5er. When not towing the rear tires are at 45 PSI and the front tires are at 50 PSI. My front axle load changes but I still need to support the Cummins engine on my truck

The max pressure stamped on the tires is 35. Michelin ltx m/s size 265/70 r17 max load on tire is 1150 can I or should I bump them up.im getting 8 mpg
