2014 191t surveyor bunk gasket

Hi new to the Forum first post. We own a 2014 Forest River 191t Surveyor hybrid. Second year of ownership. My question is where can I purchase the black gasket that surrounds the front bunk and also the pads on the locking arms? We have a slight bubble at the bottom of the bunk and we are trying to be proactive in stopping any leaks. Also can the screws holding the locking clamps on the outside of the bunk be removed to put caulk around the screw holes or should we just back them out far enough to do that? Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Welcome to the forum. Hopefully someone with a Surveyor will know how to help.
