Whats the right tire pressure

my trailer gvwr is 3487 my dry weight is 2674 my tire size is ST185/80R13 with 65 psi max cold max cargo weight is 796 there is 47 psi nitrogen in the tires now it is a single axle trailer what should the psi be

For all practical purposes, inflate to65# which is the max on the sidewall. Don't worry about trying to fill with Nitrogen, just plain old air is good enough.
