2018 Hyper Lite 30HDS TV in front bedroom

We just picked up our new 30HDS today. I cannot seem to find the backer plate in the front bedroom to mount a small tv. Has anyone hung before? Does it go to the ceiling? Any help would be great!!

Thank You.

We have a 2016 but havenít put a tv in the front bedroom yet. When I mounted the living room tv I peeked behind the pocket door and was able to see the mounting board. Maybe you could see the one for the bedroom this way also?

What size TV fits in the bedroom? I know a 40" fits perfectly in the living room. Im guessing something under 32"?

I have 2016 29hfs and bought 3 of these mounts https://images.monoprice.com/product...ges/242651.jpg . The living room tv and stock mount went to the garage with the small 32 inch tv that came with trailer. The living room got one of these mounts and fits a 39 inch perfect between the cabinets. The bedroom got one of these mounts and a 37 inch. One extra mount, just the backing wall piece is mounted outside and I take living room tv to the outside when needed. They work well and are solid.

Be careful with that mount. There are only two screws holding it to the wall and when extended it will put a lot of leverage on the mount, particularly on the top screw.

FYI - the factory mounts for 90 percent of companies have single point mount with 2 lags to stud. No need to be careful. This is for light weight TVs under 40lbs. My 39 inch led weights 22 lbs....

If you are sure you have lag screws into a stud that is good. But otherwise 22 lbs bouncing on an extended arm can excert a lot of force. There is always a need to be careful.

Peeking in the sliding door pocket on my 29HFS reveals a 2x6 (or thereabouts) from floor to ceiling centered on that wall. A HF stud finder shows same. You can hang a side of beef on that thing, but better peek at your's... things change as we know.
