2018 XLR Hyper Lite 29HFS jack stands

I have a 2018 XLR Hyper Lite 29HFS and i need help with winterizing it ... i am hoping for some opinions on raising the tires off the ground with jack stands for the winter ... should this be done? If so what size jack stands should i use and what is the best position for them?

I have heard that using jack stands to raise the wheels off the ground for storage will keep the tires from getting flat spots ... opinions?

Been storing my 29hfs on 2x10's (under the tires) for the past 3 winters (late Oct-mid Apr). No flat spots.

Lift trailer and position jack stands using the frame not from the axles. You will need some heavy duty ones with 2x12 (or?) under to keep them from sinking, if on the ground. I have never jacked anything up for long term storage.

I can't fix everything, but I can make it so nobody else can
