2020 for boost

I have a new 2020 xlr boost 37stx13. I looked at the wall
Panel near the main door entry and the panel has pulled away
Exposing the inner wood it was stapled to
It is actually bowed in that area. Ill see if I can upload a picture. Is this because the panel is to tight bottom to top?

I was hoping Forest River would respond to this but I guess I’ll have to call them.

forest river xlr boost no response to problem

So went ahead and called forest river about my wall problem and now main door problem. Sent pictures. Its been a week and no response. I was told by the gentleman on the phone, who was listed as a contact for xlr boost, and was told the xlr boost is not built where he is. His response was just staple wall back together and then added that maybe the door facier was cut to long. That was it. Since have discover main door doesnt shut completely and sent pictures of that. So does Forest River stand behind their warranty or not? Do they just turn and run when you have a problem? Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried closing the ramp door while the the side door is open? We found out on our 2017 XLR 375AMP that the garage side door had to be open in order to get the rear ramp door to properly latch as if it was closed while trying to close the ramp door there would be a build up of air in the garage that would keep the door from closing properly. Once we started leaving the side door open we haven't had a single instance of the rear ramp door not properly latching when being closed.
