260RT Wildwood XLR Rear Ramp Door

How is everyone getting their rear ramp door to stay down when loading?
When loading the ATV or cart, I need an extra person to hold the ramp to the ground or stand off the bike and do both.
I took the railings off because we needed that extra couple inches to load the two ATvs.

Thanks In Advance.
