413 amp gate valves

Hi,
Just took delivery on a 2019 413. Figured deer season would be a great shakedown cruise. All was well until I got one of those dreaded your mom is in the hospital phone calls. Now I’m scrambling to winterize the unit. This is my 4th 5th wheel and I’ve never had any trouble opening the gate valves to dump the tanks. This one none of the 5 handles will pull and I’ve been pulling pretty hard. Are these special valves that require a different technique? Long story short pump the pink stuff everywhere and dumped several gallons in the tanks to tide it over until I get back to it. Other than that everything worked for the three days I used it.

Are these cable operated valves? Even if they are, it's pretty odd that all of them would be stuck. Sounds like a trip back to the dealer is in order if that's the case.
