Battery power problem 29hfs

i have a xlr 29hfs hyperlite and ive never been able to run of of battery power. the battery is there and charged but never works. there is a terminal block on the tongue. i have 12 volts one the wire from the battery but not on any other wires? i cant find a wiring diagram anywhere. was just wondering where the 12v go's after the battery so i can start checking things. any ideas?

the top right wire has 12volts on it from the battery but nothing else does.

If the studded connections are the same as in picture below, then see if there is a small black button that you can press to reset circuit breaker

Thinking if you reset the circuit breaker but still only have power on one side you may have a bad circuit breaker. Or possibly a short that blows the breaker again right away. If you have a multimeter see what kind of a draw you have between the 2 posts on the breaker.

Just a thought. There is a battery shutoff key inside the trailer, should be under the thermostat by the floor. This could be bad and not allowing 12v to the TT.

F, using your photo that I flipped over, I added how mine was originally. Like was pointed out, that 12v from the battery should get thru the main breaker (with the small black button) and on inside to the battery cutoff. The 12v comes back to the copper bus which powers other things thru other breakers. Your wiring looks different, so maybe the wiring to and from the cutoff switch has been tampered with??
